We have a 30 day returns policy which means you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong item is received, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special order or customized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded back to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post your refund.
